From one day to another, sometimes WebRep seems to work but other times it does not
Anyone else have this issue?

Most probably a server issue. 
Vista + Firefox 13.0.1 = WebRep stays grey for 3 days already.
It doesn’t matter which OS or browser you use, if the WR servers are down.
Eg: It worked in the morning here, but doesn’t anymore now. (CET)

You’re lucky. I haven’t seen it working for more than two weeks.
No problem with IE for me.
The bars are still grey both in Firefox and IE for me.

WebRep is working fine for me in Firefox 13.0.1. At times, the WepRep server is offline so the icon doesn’t turn green and you can’t register a vote for a site. Right now, the server is up for me. I have WebRep for IE not installed as I only use it for Windows Update.
Thank you John but I know well about the server problems. I only pointed out that WebRep hadn’t been working for two weeks for me.
I don’t believe in miracles but just a minute ago my WebRep started working again. Let’s hope it will work for more than two weeks.
It will work as long as the WebRep server is up.
So let’s hope the server will be up for more than two weeks. 
For me, Right now bars are grey in both IE8 and FireFox. :-\
a few seconds ago webrep wasn’t working… now it is working for me again… Why does webrep do that? I think it is very weird ???
edit: It looking like it isn’t showing a rating for youtube (for me at least)
It’s working for me (Firefox 14.0.1) and in youtube too.
I’m going to try to remove the Webrep Extension from firefox and then reinstall it… see if that would fix the problem… it might stranger things have happened ;D
Edit: I did the remove of it and restarted and reinstall of webrep… and i see ratings on youtube now…
