Using Avast Free 6.0.1125. WebRep had been working normally under Fx 3.6.17. I updated to Fx 4.01 this afternoon and since the update the WebRep bars remain greyed out at all websites. This is also the case with IE8. All other extensions and Avast shields are working normally. I’m running XP Home SP3, fully patched. Please advise.
Actually it has nothing to do with the update of Firefox. It just happens to stop working at the same moment. WebRep is apparently not working at all, either they are performing maintenance or it’s just down for some reason.
And that continues today as well? Why don’t they post it as a sticky to save us some time. Thanks for your reply.

The servers are down quite often, lately. 
I wonder if avast! guys really benefit enough from this feature considering how much processing power and effort is required to run this…
working with 1091, but not new avast update…so it’s not firefox

Today. WebRep is working! On my noteebook (Win7 x86 SP1) Firefox 4.01.
I have the same browser, Webrep doesent’t work on fireox 4.01 :-\
Seems to be on at random.
I guess it’s not the last word spoken about that “WebRep” feature. But let’s just give “avast!” the time to sort it out. 8)

On my PC I use NOD 32 v4 Business Edition and on my notebook Avast Free. Today WebRep has been working well all day. I don’t know. The only difference it’s an x86 Win7 SP1. Do you use an x86 or an x64 OS?!
