WebShield and Netsnapper compatibility

Dear Gentleman’s,

I have experienced some issue with our product called Netsnapper and
WebShield transparent redirection on windows vista OS.

Basically I think this is a vista issue which prevent our software to both
operate correctly. Can I communicate with some experienced person
who involved in WebShield transparent redirection about this issue and
possibility to solve our product compatibility?
