Webshield blocking access

Hi folks, hope this is the right place to post this.

Running Avast 5.0.507 and have noticed that the webshield is somehow blocking my local login access to my D-Link switch. When I enter my password on the web login, my screen flashes and the password goes away. I verified its the webshield by stopping the webshield service for ten minutes, then trying to logon again and was successful.

Anyone know how to get around this?

Which is your firewall?
Seems that it is blocking Webshield… Webshield does not block, only scan.

Just the built in windows 7 firewall.

I added a rule to both my inbound and outbound connections on the firewall to allow AvastUI, and this had no effect. What do I need to change on the Windows 7 firewall to stop this from happening?
