Yepp and i think this happend a week or two ago (or am i wrong)

If possible they should have released a temporary fix that would turn port scan default off for evryone while working on a real fix

Or better, do as several other AV vendors have done, dropp the firewall as win firewall is good enough and always work, and then they could use the manpower at other issues …
