Website with "Malware Blacked!" Warning

Hello,

I have Avast! Free Antivirus Version 7.0.1426.
When I try to open a client’s corporate website, I receive a “Malware Blocked” warning. No info is given about the infection other than “script-inf.”
I first noticed the problem in the last week. I could access the site without Malware notification about one month ago before upgrading Avast!

The client’s IT consulting firm claims that the site is malware-free.
What is the correct procedure to verify their claim?
A scan on VirusTotal yields a detection ration of 1/18. The one detection is from Websense ThreatSeeker.
The website is unrated on TrendMicro and Wepawet and a “Clean Site” per all of the the other scanners.

I’m not sure of the correct protocol for listing URL’s. I can list the URL of the site in question in this thread or send it via Message.

Thank you for your help!

Post it, but please break the link. (hxxp instead of http)

Hello, thank you for the response.

The company has 2 URL’s, both receive the same Malware notification and VirusTotal results:
hxxp.drum2000.com and hxxp.drumassociates.com

Thank you!

You can report a possible FP here: http://www.avast.com/contact-form.php?loadStyles

OK, I reported the URLs as a possible FP.
Thank you very much for your quick assistance!

Regards,
Jan

You’re welcome.
Jan takes over now.

@Sirmer

Hello, Jan.

Now the website loads OK.
That’s strange. From Saturday until a few hours ago the site was blocked and I received a Malware detection pop-up in the lower-right hand corner of my screen that last for a about 3 or 4 seconds.

I apologize if this thread caused any confusion or unnecessary investigations!

No problem, glad it could be solved.
