Can someone PLEASE HELP!
I have followed the information provided on here up to running Malwarebytes (log attached) and OTL scan which only produced 1 log OTL.txt (attached) where as instructions on here indicate there should be an extras.txt.
What do I do now?

I have now run the aswMBR and saved the log (attached) do I “fix MBR” or just close it?

Download and register ADWCleaner to your desktop from this direct link : http://general-changelog-team.fr/fr/downloads/finish/20-outils-de-xplode/2-adwcleaner
Launch it , (For vista / 7 / 8 = > right click " to execute as administrator ") then click on “scan”
when done, click on “clean” and attach C:\Adwcleaner[Sx].txt after the reboot if the computer asks it

Launch it , then click on “Clean”
when done, attach C:\Shortcut_Module_xx_xx_xx_xx_xx_xx.txt (“x” are numbers of date and hour) after the reboot if the computer asks it
