I wasnt sure what it was but its my own fault for downloading like a dumbass but now it keeps asking me to boot my computer in safemode for avast and Im not sure what to do to make it stop. Ill post some pictures shortly but if anyone knows what this is I would really apprecaite any advice.

Did you happen to run the Avast Uninstall Utility ?
That would be the only reason avast would need to go into Safe Mode.
To do that avast needs to have a startup entry to boot into safe mode, that could still be in place. If so it would need to be removed.
