Weird " AvLaunch " startup entry after uninstall

Hello , i’m facing a weird issue and I hope you guys will help me.

After uninstalling avast, I noticed this AvLaunch entry in the Startup programs. As the screenshot shows, I can’t see the properties or the target folder and I wonder if it’s really an avast leftover or a malicious program. The only interaction I have with it is to keep it enabled or disabled. I tried to delete it with the avast uninstall tool, ran a sfc scan which showed no corruption and my computer doesnt show any sign or infection

Thanks for the feedback, this is 64-bit Avast issue and it will fixed in 19.3 version.

thanks for the reply, so when the update is live what do I do ? Re install avast and uninstall it again?

Generally that isn’t required, a program update, followed by a reboot should suffice.
