Weird mail from my own iphone supposedly clean according to avast

Hi,
I received a weird email from my own iPhone with a *.rar file attached. I checked the attachment with avast and it was found to be clean.

When I opened it with Safari, there was a text file which looked very suspicious to me -see below. Is this really clean or some kind of phishing mail or whatever that was not detected by avast.
thanks for help!
