I’ll make it brief. When we had program update for 7.0.1456 I did a complete unistall and reinstall. It has worked wonderfully for the past several weeks except for Miss Echo (virus definitions audible). Now today, I get an alert telling me I need to update to the newest program version… however, it’s the same program number. 7.0.1456
Could someone please help me to figure out what the “beejeebers” is going on? Thanks on advance!

No it said 7.0.1456 so I just did as I have for the past several program updates and did complete uninstall… reinstall. Don’t know why Avast hasn’t fixed all these little glitches, but I am very thankful for all the info I’ve learned. From here on out, if there’s a new program update, I’ll know better.
And yes, when I did the uninstall/new install it came up as version 7.0.1466
