Weird redirects and google only tool bar.

Hello everyone, in all my browsers there is a tool bar when I go to google.com which forces you to type in it. And when you press x or type in the url bar I sometimes get redirected to bing with the same search.
I either get redirected here http://weevah2. top/watch?key=blah blah blah bunches of numbers go here
or I get redirected here http://cpmofferconvert. com/out?zoneId=numbers…
Its really annoying because when I’m not even on an internet browser it just pops up anyway. It is also very common for them to pop up when clicking links.
