Weird task bar behaivor

Multiple avast icons have suddenly appear in the desplegable list from the task bar. It is highly probable to be a malware, but Avast says PC is clean. Help!!

Perform a repair of avast and see if the problem is solved.
If not, perform a clean installation of the latest avast version.
