What a terrible way to do business. No way am I sending any more money to you. You can keep my €46.82 and choke on it or you can do the right thing and honor your contract by reinstating my contract.
OK, I agree that sometimes European banks are “different” than US banks. Little slower. Laugh at me if I try to get my €46.82 back
If you can’t play by their rules, then require all outside US customers to pay with PayPal. Many US companies have this requirement
