What anti virus solution would you run from a USB?

Hi malware fighters,

When you are a malware fighter it is nice to have an updated anti malware solution ready on a USB, so you can plug it in to cleanse for instance an infected notebook?
How would this anti malware USB be like, according to you?
Think about this it is a nice solution.

ClamWin, eScan, CureIt (from Dr.Web) are some of the available options.
avast (and other standalone tools, for instance, from McAfee) are very limited in terms of detection (only for cleaning some viruses).
