Undefined error because the difference between global code and function code.
We get these warnings in strict mode only. 08 is not an octal number like 07 but it is a string. It’s there because the second apostrophe is the one that ends the string literal being passed to append. The first apostrophe is part of that string literal, if that makes sense;. Errors could work out in jQuery noconflict.js etc.
Google Safebrowsing blocks the url as with malcode - security error!
