What are the necessary steps using the "Anti-theft"

I need know the steps to made if i get real robed, because i already seed how the app works but;

1- How steps i would take?
2- if my mobile get turned off, what i can do using the “Anti-theft”?
3- if my chip get off, what can i do using the “Anti-theft”?
4- Can i get a better version? like a premium? if yes, what i get better?
