I thought I was purchings Premium but instead I apparent signed up for other products that do NOTHING. There isn’t support. I keep getting warnings. What is going on? I have a shortcut for Avast AnitTrack (which doesn’t work) and BreachGarad, a total waste. Why can’t you make it clearer what people are buying? Why all these extra protections when MOST of us want basic support. I have Avast FREE but it continues to tell me that I’m having issues that the two Items I bought should resolve. Maybe you should fill a refund request for buying wrong product. As for “having issues” messages, in most cases these are just an advertisement; not entirely false but maybe a bit exaggerated, as usual for ads.
