What happened to the on-line account history? Where is my latest purchase?

As of this year, when I log-in on-line, my account is showing that I have no licenses. Clearly, I do because when I log-in on my device, it’s showing my active license which I just renewed in July. I used to be able to log-in on-line and access my prior purchase history and license numbers. What happened? Also I just purchased secure VPN for my son’s computer and never received a confirmation email (but did get one from Paypal) and don’t seem to have a way to access the license number.

What the heck is going on?
