What Happened To The Sticky WishList/ Pinned New Version (6) Threads?

Maybe we have far too many wishes and complaints for the tech teams!

Are they gone for good, or just being re-vamped? They were cool!

Jack

R.I.P. Wishlist. I for one will not miss that towering heap of a thread.

Play some Enya or similar sad music to remember it by.

Hahahahahaha!!! Hey an idea for the next Avast Update! A “Sad Music” sound ad-on! (Well, you could use it for failed updates, and happy music for successful updates!) LOL!

That thread went back practically to Noah’s age, many many versions back, and had reached the point where a considerable number of the “wishes” did get included in later versions. And of course there was no reasonable way to trim out the appropriate posts.

I for one would be quite happy to see the avast team do this again each time there’s a major version-upgrade.

I would love to see Firefox added as a Safe Zone Browser option.

The old wishlist thread will soon be replaced by a new, much better system for community feedback / suggestions.

Thanks
Vlk

@MikeBCda

I believe the second or third post was asking what a cubit is. ;D

Very cool!!! Looking forward to it!!!

Good. I have gave a suggestion in the past: http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/
Very interactive solution.
Would it have some features like those?

Hello. It has long been using Avast, and am very pleased. Just want to change the structure of the interface. There are several proposals to increase the ease of use. If you’re interested, I’ll do with pleasure restructuring.

Well, starting with the Summary page, which it launched "Game mode without notification if it relates to the preferences, or should have been in a summary to include what services are running. In general, it would be logical to deduce the current state of the summary just to the top of the window, as this information is important and must be displayed regardless of the selected menu item. Also in the menu SUMMARY is not very clear sense of statistics. Why it was necessary in principle to construct these graphs, except that it’s just beautiful? In addition, Built on a not very fast computers takes considerable time. After all, the end user, this information does not convey any particular benefit, it is much more correct to make such as in the same Eset, just a list of blocked viruses with the ability to display a shortcut menu bar. Well, etc.
