What happens to my avast! account?

I lost access to my avast! account and password recovery couldn’t recognise my email address (the same as the one in this forum).

I have checked and confirmed it is the right email, and I have received past emails from avast! regards my license i.e. TRIAL-f1a5d606-bf31-4c45-91ac-320bf8cb48a5

Aside from that I am also part of avast! Mobile Security antivirus software on my old SAMSUNG Galaxy S4 Android smartphone. It suppose to contain my phone’s backup files

Contacts, call log entries and SMS are not stored on Google Drive, but are stored within your avast! Account. Note that you can also access all your files backed up to Google Drive directly from your avast! Account. Try it!

BUT - if you cannot sign in I cannot see how it will help.

I got my problem (Refund needed) sorted in a couple of days by emailing Avast at
customer.care@avast.com. I suggest you send them an email outlining your trouble,
give them all the info you have available.
