I found coinst.txt on my C: drive and when I click on it I get this message:

"Document file ‘coinst.txt’ is locked for editing by yourself on a different system since
Open document read-only, or ignore own file locking and open the document for editing.

Even though I am sure I have nothing open.

Does >touroku< tell you anything?
seems to mean register in japanese, any program / game from japan?
