What is ngtool.exe ?

Can anybody explain me what is ngtool.exe ?
It is run by AVAST when I start my computer and uses a lot of performance (70% to 95% of CPU) during a few minutes.
What is its utility ? Is it necessary ? How can I stop this process ?

Interesting. Which OS is used by this VM ? Does this VM is used temporarly by AVAST when starting the computer or all along my session ? Is it new ?
