What is PDOXUSRS.net?

Hello malware fighters,

I find this file PDOXUSRS, a net file, in C root on Win ME? What is this used for, and is this legit. I think asociated with Borland it is,
has it something to do with CRSWPP log? I have BORLAND on that box, so I assume it is legit, that is the PDOXUSR file?
