I just wanted to know what is the command line parameter for avast pro? To scan files after downloads.And,In pro version should the ashCmd.exe be used for file scanning purposes?

If you mean a command line for a download manager (or similar tool), you can use the path to ashQuick.exe executable in avast! installation folder (the only parameter is the file to be scanned).
ashCmd.exe could certainly be used… but I don’t think you would like the console window being opened for every scan.
