What is the latest version of SOA? My console is 1.3.2.21 and when I click the “Check for program update” button I receive the following message:

Cannot check for program update.
Error Message: Unable to download manifest file.
Please try again later

Cool. Appreciate the info.

Any idea why my admin console is unable to to download the manifest file? I have checked our web filter, as well as the firewall is turned off on the server, and niether is blocking it.

Turn off all shields and try

No luck. All shields disabled and still getting error.

Triple checked Windows 2008 R2 firewall is disabled, as well.
