This is not a specific name for a particular trojan, but a generic name for a family of them.
If you “Google” the file name “Win32: Spyware-gen[trj]” you will see a quarter of a million results in the results.
The risk is that it is a real detection (likely) that has installed on your system, the worst case scenario is that any private information on the computer will be compromised, or the computer made inoperable.
