It’s actually the updater for Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit.

MBAE has pushed out an ‘auto update’ of the program.

By me, MBAE only shows the notification tooltip when when Firefox or Chrome is opened. Not by Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows media Player, VLC or Adobe Reader. Though in the “Shields” it claims to protect all of those, only the browsers merit the notification and log events. I wonder if this happens by other people as well.
