I have a AC750 Dual Band Router. I ran a avast network scan and the results said that I had a weak password and that I had a “Network.issue.Service.Vuln_Inner.title” and that I schould disable this service in the device settings,
I cannot find this service in my router settings. What is this and where is it in my router settings ?

You could read this avast technical message as follows: “In fact it says: Users in your own network environment could be able to alter some settings, when you have UPnP not disabled and they have info about the mem settings of your router”.

Thanks polonus,
I ran the link and it said the" equipment at the target IP address was rejected" so I guess I won’t worry about it anymore unless you think there is a change I should make.

Hi Phil,

You are welcome.
Do not worry, this checked it seems you are OK.
The warning could also be for a comcast policy blocklist address,
you should take that up with your provider of course.
But this is no big thing because it comes with comcast’s mail settings through the provider.
So you should not worry about this issue either. Just wanted to make this sure as well.
