What the "f" is going on?

I have nothing under my subscriptions in Avast account. Now unless I’ve been living under a rock for the past 6 years, I know I have a Avast Mobile Premium subscription and even worse is the fact that my Avast Mobile Password account seems to be syncing with nothing.
