Avast has detected 1 virus and 101 warnings; however I am unable to do anything with the virus. What am I doing wrong here?

Also the warning if there is one?
What is the virus detection, file name, location and malware name ?
Why won’t it let you do anything, e.g. what errors are you getting ?
Essentially there is nothing to do with warnings as they aren’t indicative of a virus infection.
Give a few common examples of these errors, file name location and warning ?
