What to do with Avast-quarantined items?

Please help me to decide what to do with all this stuff in quarantine.I don’t like that it is still on my computer or connected somehow even in quarantine…
but I am afraid if I delete it just it may influence work of OS or something that computer will not work OK

The pics are not working.

Just select and delete all of this, or let them there, it is absolutely save.

that is why there is no rush to delete anything from quarantine.... read the info
