What to make of detected virus by Avast?

Avast found this virus:

POSTOOBE.NEC

It advised me to quarantine it, which I did.

I would like to know if I can erase it without any problems. I used the virus total website to scan the file with several antivirus engines and I got these results:

I can’t undertand why some say it is a virus and others don’t. Would you say it is pretty safe to delete this file?

Thanks in advance.

This seems to be a false positive, not real a virus. None antivirus is perfect, so avast can be detecting what is not a real infection.
If it is indeed a false positive, send it in a password protected zip to virus@avast.com
Please, mention in the body of the message why you think it is a false positive and the password used.

Chest (Quarentine) is safe. You can let the file there, for analysis, more two weeks… than you can delete it
