Hi there. I’m fairly new to Avast and to computers in general so please bare with me on this! A while ago, some of my files and folders were either deleted and or moved. My program files are empty. I tried to install Windows Plus but it stopped because it couldn’t find Windows speech engines, which is a program file, right? Through email, I wrote to Avast and a tech replied he wanted some files sent. I tried and I couldn’t attatch anything to send. He then wanted to know ALOT about my computer, files, things I wasn’t compfy sending via email and failing with the previous attempt. He was perplexed and I have not heard from him since.I did a scan with Avast, which is the only antivirus I have, and the results came back with 3 program files. It’s not letting me send the results to Avast and I’m completly lost and confused. Am I off my rocker? please help

Unpack the archive, run avz.exe. Go to File - Standard scripts. Check Healing / Quarantine and Advanced System Investigation. Click Execute script.
When the script is executed, reboot and post here the virusinfo_syscure.zip archive from the LOG subfolder in the folder where you unpacked AVZ to.
