What’s the direct link to open up an official ticket to the customer service for those who have the premium version?
something other than this link https://support.avast.com/support[/url] which points to some FAQs that don’ t help - where when I type a question, I get some bunch of topics that don’t help, I then click on one of them, and i’m re directed to https://support.avast.com/support/home where they suggest to submit a ticket :smiley: and the loop starts again…
SO… how do I send an email directly to avast support? without passing through the useless support.avast.com?

Anyways, I submitted the ticket. I didn’t have to write my licence anywhere, of course I mentioned my paid licence number in the ticket. But basically anyone can submit a ticket there, also the free version ones?
