what's the direct link for customer service? no FAQs please!

hello,

What’s the direct link to open up an official ticket to the customer service for those who have the premium version?
something other than this link https://support.avast.com/support[/url] which points to some FAQs that don’ t help - where when I type a question, I get some bunch of topics that don’t help, I then click on one of them, and i’m re directed to https://support.avast.com/support/home where they suggest to submit a ticket and the loop starts again…
SO… how do I send an email directly to avast support? without passing through the useless support.avast.com?

Thank you Asyn, not sure where one can see the button " open a ticket " if it is somewhere , it’s very well hidden

Anyways, I submitted the ticket. I didn’t have to write my licence anywhere, of course I mentioned my paid licence number in the ticket. But basically anyone can submit a ticket there, also the free version ones?
