Who says there will be a 2016 version for Mac ?
avast may give it a other version number.

And there is no need to ask for release dates.
If they are (approximately) known, avast will tell them here and/or on the website.

We will rename the product to 2016 when there is “Avast Passwords” available for Mac
which should be within several weeks. The versioning is different from the Windows
product - we do not make major releases with many new features but rather update
the product continuously. In fact you could name the current version 2016 as it contains
a lot of big changes (HNS, new engine).
