When a download in Idm complete, avast starts itself, and firstly it make a memory test, If I let the computer 50 file to download when I return to my desk I find 50 avast windows opened.

Firstly avast doesn’t do this by default and your download manager would have to be edited and given the path to the scanning file.
It looks like someone has incorrectly entered (guessed) a file to scan downloads in your download manager. What you are describing sounds like someone has entered ashavast.exe to scan the files and that starts the on-demand/simple user interface, which starts off with a memory scan.
Assuming that you installed avast! in the default folder, this is the path needed to scan downloads, C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\ashQuick.exe
