I unsubscribed from Avast a year ago. Over ten days ago, I got charged again - almost $200! I immediately filed for a refund, and it’s still not received. I’m feeling scammed. I’ve gotten no emails, no nothing. Has anybody else gotten a refund before? How long did it take to recieve?
How did you submit the refund request ?
If you used the support ticket system.
Then at the very least you should have received an email with your support ticket ID number.
If you received nothing then the most common causes for non-receipt are:
- Using an old email address or a typo in the email given.
- Intercepted by your email service provider of your email anti-spam, check Spam folders.

If you don’t have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.
