When I enable AVAST automatic protection, the program protected by Themida throw

If I enable the AVG and AVAST real-time protection functions, when running a program protected by Themida, the following message box is displayed and the program cannot run.

“An internal exception occurred (Address: 0xf88e2060)”

If I disable the real-time protection function, it runs normally after about 5 seconds.
Please resolve this issue.

Themida is Malwarebytes' generic detection name for Trojans that use the Themida packer to protect their applications against reverse engineering

So it isn’t just Avast/AVG that may consider this suspect.

Is Avast actually displaying a Malware Alert ?

Have you considered adding an Exception for the Program executable protected by Themida rather than disabling the protection completely ?

Adding the exception will make it run normally.
However, the file is a game service client file that is being distributed to users. It is difficult for users with AVAST to add an exception for this file.
Is there a process to whitelist this file so that AVAST doesn’t scan it? Technical support is only available to users with a paid AVAST product.

What exactly did you set the exception on ?

I can’t speak for avast as I’m an Avast user.

There is a software developers option if I remember rightly, this would also mean the file/s protected by Themida being digitally signed.
I don’t know how that works though, given that Themida is also misused by malware or how Avast detects it.
