My internet cuts out when I click the open vpn button on windows 11. Virtual IP side is only loading. Connection time is starting.
I reset my network setting, I deleted Avast Secureline VPN and again installed but the problem is continue. I tried different vpn but it worked. only Avast has problem. Could you help me?

I have the same problem in Turkiye. I could not find any solution, unfortunately.
Same for me. I’m in Turkey, but it doesn’t seem to be linked because it’s working fine on another computer. Reported to Avast sevral times but no help from them
You just need to go to settings, VPN protocols, uncheck the box with automatically and enable the Mimic protocol
Hi, same problem for me. Internet is stopped when VPN is activated, Internet connection come back only when VPN is not activated. did find a solution to resolve this issue?

No result with this trick. I think to understand that one of the last Windows update is the source of the problem
