The laptop at work stutters and pauses when watching stuff then works it self out and continues with viewing,
I’ve done chkdsk and that was normal and im currently running avg tuneup which is analyzing windows & Programes and thats been going since 0735 GMT…
Has anyone got any ideas on how to correct this problem.

I wonder what work it is that you need to look at things at Youtube :
Sounds like a buffering issue to me which is usually slow bandwidth from your ISP.
Maybe he work for youtube.

Bob, he has problems watching things on Youtube and you are giving him a link to… 
Youtube is where the tutorial is posted. If you can’t watch it, download it and watch it.
Use the library or a friends connection and watch it from there.
It only happens when viewing stuff on Dailymotion,or youtube or vodlocker and other similar viewing software thingys
Contact the IT department/person and ask them/him to solve it.
I did ask the iT guy and he did a chkdsk which was found to be normal. I did use TuneUp found 43 prob ,analyzing windows and programmes and that took over 10hrs but couldnt complete as i only work for 10hrs.
Leave it running while you go home and check the next day.
