When will Avast restore the option to report false negatives via email attachments through its official reporting channel? The current web-based upload method shows no progress indicator and leaves no trace, making it far less reliable, convenient, and traceable than Kaspersky’s email reporting method. We urge Avast to improve its false negative reporting process as soon as possible!
I can’t recall how long ago this ended, but a very long time ago.
I would assume that volumes and time was a restricting factor. Whilst reporting through the community forum probably less so and tends to be quicker.

Ordinarily it is cleared in a few days, sometimes quicker.
