When will I get my money back?

Hi.
Avast tricked me, i had autorenewal on and without any warning e-mail, it charged my credit card with the amount of 79 euros (!) for renewal my subsciption. Directly, I cancelled my subscription and got a message that I will get my money back. But its been more than 10 days and still nothing. Does any one know why?

You should have received a renewal notice email, the usual cause/s for not getting it:
Email ending up in your spam folder or an incorrect email (typo, old, etc.) address.

Hi, according to our system, an auto-renewal reminder notification was sent to **rn @ hotmail .com 7/3/20, 7:49:16 AM Central Daylight Time
as well as an auto-renewal subscription notification 8/2/20, 1:03:33 AM Central Daylight Time.
There is no refund request under your email:**rn @ hotmail .com
