When You Change computers

I’m in Australia and my old computer died and my new one does not have the Avast software of the old one. How do I go about proving my past purchases and how do I go about getting my old software onto my new computer. All I currently have is the free version. All advice will be great.

Delete the old one from your account before installing avast on the new one.

I’m sorry to have been an inconvenience Eddy but if you had taken the time to actually read my post you would have seen that I do not have any software to install. My question, and I thought it to be a simple one, was to enquire how I go about getting the software that I’ve already paid for but do not have access to. It would appear that this forum is not for helping people but to insult them. I’ll continue my research in an endeavour to find how I can get my new computer as safe as my old one.

Thank you for this but although I can get access to my licences I do not have the software they refer to. I’m still at a loss as how to prove that I’ve already paid for these programs. I will continue to investigate. Thanks again for your input. It was far more helpful than Eddy’s insult.
