Where can I find a flv to wmv conveter?

I tried lots of converters and most of them say ‘you have to be a administrator’ to run the setup. Why is that? Registry files aren’t that important for just a converter, are they? Anyways, I tried searching for one and I found some cnet links. The first one I found was from Auvisoft^{Web Of Trust} from cnet. The address here:

Sure thing. Online one here, www.online-convert.com and a downloadable one, Windows-only: www.formatoz.com . On Linux or Macs just use ffmpeg or something :/. As for registry entries, many installers add uninstall data to it, so you can remove it trough Programs And Componnents (Vista+) or Add/Remove Programs (earlier)

Left click once on the downloaded setup file then right click and choose run as administrator.

I managed to download two things before my laptop shut down on me. Yeah, I have it on a counter.

Look at my registry and maybe that will explain it!!!

It’s not like I have a CD to burn this iso on so that I can create a hidden administrator account to do anything I want.
