There is this SCR file that has a virus/trojan in it.
NOD32 picks it up, but scanners like Avast! and AVG do not.
where can i submit the file to so someone could take a look at it?
Avast! says i’m already up to date, but doesnt give a date on my virus definitions, and it doesnt pick up the virus found in the file.

Hi,
please send the file in a password-protected ZIP- or RAR-archive to
virus (at) avast.com
include archive-password and problem description in the mail-text
Date of Defs:
right-click the blue avast-ball in systray, then select “About Avast” and look for/expand the VPS-entry
P.S.: it gives you the date also right in the main-Scanner window
There are also some FAQ on the main-Web-Site and here in the OFF-topic-foum, as well as a program help

Right click the blue ball next to the clock and choose about. It will tell you.

Have you checked with Jotti?

i’d just like to say THANKS to avast!
i dont know when the update went in, but it now detects the trojan as the other (pay) scanners do. i dont even think AVG or AntiVir detect it yet.
