Where I find the Rootkit Avast previously detected?

I, using Avast 7.0.1426, was about to play Point Blank game and Avast found a RootKit at Point Blank folder. I couldn’t delete at that time and now I can’t find the rootkit detected by Avast. Even rescaning the folder, Avast doesn’t find the rootkit anymore.

Please, what can I do to have the rootkit found and destroyed??

I use WinXP SP3, with Avast 7 free, SAS on demand and PCTools firewall.
