I have an account somewhere with you because you are taking monthly payments but I now want to cancel it - I’ve noticed if I don’t resolve the issues that it presents, it stays the same - [doesn’t accumulate] yet when I do resolve issues it always says I have duplicates the following month! I want to cancel - but can’t find any information about cancelling!
