I purchased Clean Up back in July and because of a glitch I ended up buying two licenses within about 5 minutes. (It threw me back to the start so I thought the first purchase had not gone through. I then received two confirmation emails) I immediately asked for a refund. Of course Avast offered to consolidate and give me a second year, but I didn’t want that and said I wanted a refund. It has been months and still no refund. Unfortunately, since the purchase was on a business credit card I didn’t notice at first that my money had not been returned. Now I can’t find the email with the order number or ticket number so you are probably going to tell me I am SOL. My biggest concern is that both licenses are listed as auto renew and I can’t get in to shut that down. I don’t want either of them to renew. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME.

Wait, one other question. Can you help me take the remaining license off auto renewal? I may well renew next summer, I just want to have the option. I see the instructions for how to do that, but I need the order number which I can’f find.
